I just purchased a VtX 1300 from a individual in Phoenix.

I just purchased a VtX 1300 from a individual in Phoenix. The motorcycle only has 3000 mileson it, but is idling very rough. Will I need to have the carb rejetted for higher altitude?

THE PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING SOUNDS LIKE THE CARB. I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THE BIKE YOU HAVE AND ON EVERY OCCASION TALKED THE CUSTOMER INTO INSTALLING A HYPER CHARGER JET KIT AND EXHAUST.

THAT ADDED ALOT MORE HORSE POWER,SOUNDS BETTER AND COMPLETLY FIXED ALL PROBLEMS.
