I just put a oil relocaton kit on the 03 vstar ...

I just put a oil relocaton kit on the 03 vstar 1100. when I start the bike it seems to be missing?   I only removed the lower muffler and, and the vacuum hose to do this... could it be the plugs, and if so where are they

2003 yamaha v-star 1100

Already Tried:
I've tried to reseal the vacuum line, and cleaned the air filter,
