I have a 2003 kawasaki z1000 that i bought used and it had an aftermarket radiator. I replaced with theoriginal and iam still always running between 200 to 229 or 230 in stop and go traffic. The fan kicks on at 229 and it wont overheat but i want to make sure that it is o.k. I have had people tell me that it is no big deal an dif i get on the freeway it will go to around 188 to 190 and 194.Is this normal and if not what do you recmommned

Optional Information:
kawsaki zr1000 z1000 953 cc

Another expert(moto-forge)also suggested checking
the accuracy of the temperature gauge by putting
the temp sensor in some hot water
with a thermometer and comparing
the two readings. Good luck!
