I have a 1983 kawasaki gpz 750,while driving on light throttle it hesitates, and when you crank the throttle from a light throttle it will stumble,at open throttle it is fine, carbs are rebuilt,do they need to be sync, and will that cause this. Thanks

sounds like you may be droping a cyl...on your idle circuit...make sure your running good at idle....spray the headers with water first thing you do after it warms up do all four burn off at same rate? try with teh choke on...does it run better?
